Description / Overview

Lau Mam Nam Bo - it means Hotpot mixed with shrimps, fish, beef and vegetables. This type of hotpot is typically southern Vietnamese cuisine.

Step into the restaurant and you will see a cold counter full of vegetables, and the best part of the dining is, the vegetables are free for you to eat as long as you order their Hotpot or Lau Mam Nam Bo.

Not only are the food fresh, there are a lot of varieties as well.

The staffs here are also very friendly and at times would joke a little with the diners as well.

Saw this restaurant being recommended by Travelallinone website, so decided to try it out when I have my vacation there with my wife. I have never eaten hotpot in my life, only have seen it on TV.
Was surprised by the way the hotpot is designed. I always thought that hotpot is just a pot over the stove or a hotplate to keep it boiling hot, however, in this restaurant, the hotpot is designed like a overturn mexican hat and boy, it was certainly a great experience for me and my wife. We took a lot of pictures of the hotpot till the staffs were giggling and smiling at us. It was too beautiful to eat because the food were lined on the side and all you have to do was just to push them into the pot of soup.

We enjoyed very much the food, which was fresh and the price was well worth it. Must try if you are carving for hotpot.

Thanks Travelallinone for recommending this place and please do continue to recommend more...
