Quan Bui Authentic Vietnamese cuisine is located in the old
French Quarter and offers some of the finest food in Saigon - eclectically
chosen from across the country. Dishes are prepared in a spotless open
kitchen - where you can see expert chefs combining oriental herbs, spices
and sauces to produce culinary delights. Only the freshest and most
natural ingredients are used here (definitely NO MSG !).
The designer interior takes you back to the sophisticated eating environment that would have pleased the emperors. Four floors - each different - offer quiet and tasteful enjoyment in a popular restaurant. Try the leafy green roof garden for a pre-dinner drink and stand and admire the colonial architecture of a bye gone era (this is a famous eating area in downtown Saigon). You'll be amazed at the reasonable prices - which allow you to feast and revel to your heart's (and pocket's) content !! |

| The place was a bit difficult to find as it is hidden from the outside with just a small entrance. Once inside, you are like gone into a new world. the atmosphere was intriguing and very Vietnamese. The food was great but the service level needs to be improved. I enjoyed my meal there with my husband and the price was very reasonale for a place like this. Definitely affordable for everybody.... Must try... | ||||||
