Hoang Ty is a long time Saigon establishment throughout the city. It offers popular dishes from Trang Bang District (Tay Ninh Province) from the South Eastern Vietnam. The most popular dish here is the "Banh Trang Phoi Suong" - Rice paper roll wrapped with boiled pork strips, pickled carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and lettuce. Other dishes includes pork leg noodles soup, also one of the more popular dishes you can find in Tay Ninh. Not much of food variety in this restaurant because they only concentrate on a few of the more popular dishes from The Tay Ninh Province. However, no one is complaining about the lack of varieties because everyone that comes here, they know what they want to eat.
